Sharing my Health Journey …

Okay so here I am sharing something on the internet that I thought I never would! Since the Whole30 Coaching Summit I have been thinking about how I can show up and help people more in addition to my Whole30 Coaching.⠀In the past I have touched on eating for my health but I have never actually shared what is going on with my health and the journey that I have been on and continue to be on. ⠀

I will be sharing about my my auto-immune disease that I’ve had for 17 years and the steps that I have taken to improve my condition. I am also considered high risk for breast & ovarian cancer so I will share about what I am doing both conventional and non conventional to try and prevent that 🙅🏻‍♀️⠀

I am a very private person to the point that I have not discussed these things with people that have been close to me for a long time (sorry if that is you and you are reading this!💝) but my hope in sharing here is that my story will help someone, somewhere 💞⠀

Thank you to @melissau for sharing her concussion recovery and also @imperfectly.whole sharing her fertility journey lately that has inspired me to share my own journey here.⠀

One thing that I wasn’t expecting when I started The Whole Life Coach Instagram account was the connections that I would make with YOU, the people that follow me. Your support, encouragement, connection – it really means a lot … If you have been following me and we haven’t yet connected, please pop over and send me a message to say hi 🙋🏻‍♀️😍⠀

If you have any questions, as always I am happy to answer x⠀

** I am in no way a medical professional and will be just sharing my own journey. Please do seek advice from a medical professional should you have any questions or concerns around your own health. ⠀
